Tiny Schmoo's "toadie" wall mural step by step progress

 Here we go... first the toadies get faces and anything skin tone...



Then each toadie gets a diffent color hat and vest to wear...  Tiny Schmoo chose four colors... the green toad will be riding a yoshi in another part of the mural...

And voila... here are the toadies with their shoes on... as you can see the paint is not even dry... but was hoping to catch our farm friend Bon Temps before she goes on her trip to Sydney.  Thanks again for changing your toad into green clothes for Tiny Schmoo last time!  Hope you enjoy your trip!


Remember that this is only part of the mural (about an 8th of it maybe) so I will be taking pictures as the rest of the mural progresses and will be posting  the final shot of the finished mural at the end.  Thanks for watching!

Tiny's new bedroom mural sketch - step 1

Sorry it is not very clear but here is the sketch of part of Tiny's Schmoo's "toadie" mural.  I tried to take a picture of the whole wall but then you can't see it in the photo at all (since it is in pencil.)  So I will  try to keep you updated and add pictures as I paint if the computer and card reader cooperate.

Tiny's Garden Update

Look who is all smiles and harvesting radishes in the morning...

It's Tiny Schmoo.  He has been watering and taking good care of his little garden and now he is finally able to harvest some radishes and loves to eat them with ranch dressing (of course!) Guess all that pretend watering and farming on Farm Story transfered over into real life.  This one seems to have a green thumb and finally found something of his own that big brother is not really in to. Hooray for radishes!  Wish we could share them with you!

4 Marketti - Schmoom joins the bandana crew

We just love Buster and River in their bandanas, so Schmoom wanted to join team bandana dogs too.  He also has one in plain green but some how he has not tried to take this one off... guess he saw how cool Buster and River looked in theirs and wants to be part of the crew.  Go team bandana!!!!

Summer campout in the backyard

Summer means Daddy lets us put up the tent in the backyard on Friday nights so we can have a pretend campout. Here is Tiny Schmoo with his stuffed friends.  Look closely at the bottle hanging in the center of the picture.  It is a lantern he painted with the solar system on it that he made from a recycled water bottle and a kit he got from the giftshop at the kid's museum we went to last weekend.

Here is Little Schmoo with his stuffed friends as well.  Note Kirby and his new stuffed skunk (which also came from the children's museum - thank goodness it is not real!) And P.S. for Marketti, the skunk that used to live on the other side of our backyard wall that used to spray the area when Schmoom went outside in the morning and while it did not spray him directly... still made him smell like skunk... well it was no match for someone's car... so we don't have to worry about Chet smelling like skunk anymore!!!!!

Tiny Schmoo's poppy garden finally blooms

 Tiny Schmoo planted poppy seeds this spring and they finally bloomed.  We took shots every 10 to 15 minutes as they were opening in the morning.  If you look closely you can see the flower slowly opening and another one appears in the last frame.  We were not expecting that one to open yet!  Last pic is Tiny Schmoo smelling his flowers.  He is so proud of his beautiful little garden!
