Family Picnic at Tilden Park

Here is Noodles with baby cousin "Bella" (Isabella) who is 5 months old.  Noodles was great at getting her to smile.
And she just adored Tiny, who had her mesmorized as he did his rattle ball dance. She is just such a cutie!  And such a good baby... so content and happy to just chill and relax with the boys.

Of course Tiny was thinking of his favorite farm friend pepe as there were trees as far as the eyes could see.  Any since pepe loves trees, Tiny was definately thinking of pepe and wishing pepe were here to enjoy all the beautiful trees!

Hard to see but Tiny is about to catch a soccer ball in this last picture. With 10 older cousins there is always someone fun to play with.

Kirby and Jigglypuff - A Wedding Story

Welcome to the love story of Kirby and Jigglypuff.  After surfing the internet, Noodles decided that he wanted his store bought Kirby to have a wife.  And so Momma Schmoo became a toymaker, wedding veil maker, bouquet maker, hat maker, and bow tie maker.   To the right, Kirby is sporting the most trend setting of felt top hats.  Isn't he dashing!
And to the left is the fully handsewn Jigglypuff... Momma Schmoo's first ever attempt at 3-D toy making.  She was not an easy task and Momma Schmoo is hoping that they do not decide to have kids any time soon (though Noodles found out on the internet that Kirby and Jigglypuff have three kids- Preston, Cassandra, Sarah.)  Her veil and bouquet are also handmade.  We went with the rose theme since it matches her rosy pink complection (and cause Momma Schmoo had the roses left over. lol)

Klippy was the Master of Ceremony.  It was a very beautiful ceremony.  Many friends were there.  Gabby and Silver (horses) were the bridesmaids and Larry(elephant) and Jake (penguin) were the groomsmen.

Here is the couple's first kiss.
And off they went for their honeymoon to SanFrancisco.  As you can see they visited the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge as their first stop.  Hope you enjoyed our fairytale romance story.  It was quite a fun adventure.  And to think it all started at summer camp making ugly dolls...

Up next... Lulu the Ninja Lamb and Maxwell the Ninja Bunny... story still in progress for our farm friend Maarketti... stay tuned... coming soon!

SAMPSON... surfer pig... Don't ya just love the hair!

Here is my new little snuggle muffin...  He is still running and hiding in his box as soon as he hears us approaching... but I put him in Tiny's little lap box this morning so he can get used to the kids and eventually he ventured out of the box and tried to hide in the crook of Tiny's leg.  Don't you just love his mop top!!!!! Some reason reminds me of a surfer dude!!!!!
He is eating well so that is a good sign... and so far likes grapes and blueberries!  There is an apple in his bowl now as he was too scared to try it while in his lap box.  Tried to get a picture of both sides of him so everyone can get a better view of our new pet.  Will add more pictures of the kids holding him in a few days (once he gets more used to us - still has yet to meet to dog... yikes!)

Meet "Sampson" our new guinea pig

He's finally ours!!!!!! We spotted this surfer-haired fluffball at our last trip to the pet store almost two weeks ago... had to coax Daddy Schmoo into letting us get him... Daddy Schmoo still does not want him... but "let" Momma Schmoo get him anyway (cause hubby is the best!)  I couldn't believe no one had bought him already so I knew he was meant to be with us.  Sorry... but he is camera shy and hides in his box so I cannot yet get a picture of all his glorious hair but promise to post a new pic as soon as he decides he's safe to come out... hopefully soon.

Tiny made a lap box for when he gets to hold him while he sits on the couch... but the pet store lady said to give him a few days before handling him.  Note the backwards and creative spelling of a 6 year old... proud that he sounded it out so well... least you can read it... really good for only 6!  To my buddy DS Acres... think we will only get one for now... and if get more make sure it is another boy!!!!!!!!  don't need a bunch of surprises!!!!!!!

This is Desire's Bunny and Matty

 This is Marketti's Chococat

Tiny Schmoo's ninja sheep battle the robots for Maarketti

Marketti,  Tiny drew you this picture of some ninja sheep battling some robots and other monster creatures.  He hopes you like it!
He also drew a picture on the back... though this one looks more like they are having a dance party...  hummm... 6 year olds can be very interesting!
